5 Tips to CRUSH Your Post-Summer Goals

Summer is wrapping up, and that means vacations are coming to a close. Work is back in full swing, and most of us are searching for a routine to get back on track. Not sure where to start? Here are 5 tips to help you smoothly transition into the gym grind!

1. Set a Schedule
Fall and winter are all about structure. Pick 3–4 days and times that consistently work for you, and stick to them! Miss a day? Don’t get discouraged—just find a slot later in the week to make it up.

2. Reward Yourself
Had your eye on a new protein all summer? Maybe a fresh pump cover? Go for it! Sometimes that shiny new supplement or piece of gear is exactly the motivation you need to stay excited about training.

3. Change Up Your Routine
